How Overages Work

You are not charged for bandwidth overages, but user sites that greatly exceed their monthly cycle allowed bandwidth may be throttled. We expect less than 0.5% of sites will ever get to this point. Incoming data is never limited.

How to Mitigate Overages

If you have gone over your quota, or you think you may before the end of the month, you can consider one of the following options to raise your pool total and avoid overages:

Upgrade your plan for more allowed monthly outgoing bandwidth.

View Bandwidth Out

You can view your current outgoing bandwidth usage for your monthly cycle in SiteBay Insites.
