Site Bay also offers a number of resources you can refer to when troubleshooting your WordPress site’s theme and plugin issues. These issues are generally outside the scope of Site Bay Support, and the other resources Site Bay provides can help you find solutions for your questions.

  • Site Bay Tutorials & Tutorials: The Tutorials library has troubleshooting tutorials as well:

  • The Troubleshooting quick start tutorial provides answers for common server connectivity and management issues.

  • The Site Bay Beginner’s Tutorial displays a curated list of the most frequently asked questions from Site Bay customers.

  • The Quick Answers section offers short tutorials with fast answers.

Scope of Support

As declared in Site Bay’s Terms of Service, the Site Bay Support Team does not provide support regarding the installation, configuration, or design of your site’s WordPress, such as themes, plugins or programming, nor does it provide support regarding the configuration outside of our management control panel My Site Bay. For these issues, please consult the various other WordPress resources Site Bay makes available. If you are providing a service to your customers, Site Bay does not offer tech support for those customers.

Site Bay provides support related to the function of My Site Bay and resolving potential network issues within Site Bay’s infrastructure.

Contacting Site Bay Support

If you are not able to solve an issue with the resources listed above, you can contact Site Bay Support. As a reminder, application configuration and other similar topics are outside the scope of Site Bay Support. The primary method for contacting Site Bay Support is to open a support ticket from My Site Bay:

  1. Log in to our webapp My Site Bay.
  2. Select Support from the sidebar.
  3. Select the New Ticket link. The Support Request modal will appear.
  4. Enter the Subject of the issue in this form.
  5. Optionally, enter the Domain related to the problem.
  6. Enter a description of the problem in the Description field. Please be as detailed as possible.
  7. Click Create Ticket.

The Site Bay Support Team will respond ASAP.

If you are having difficulty using My Site Bay ands opening a support ticket, you can email Site Bay Support at [email protected]. You can also call Site Bay Support 24 hours a day:

If your call is diverted to voicemail, please leave a detailed message explaining your problem. Your call will be returned as quickly as possible.

Reporting Abuse

Use our Abuse Portal to report network abuse, unauthorized access attempts, or spam originating from the Site Bay platform. Please forward spam with the full headers intact, and include logs documenting unauthorized access.
