(hereinafter, “Site Bay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides managed hosting services, software, and support through our My Site Bay (my.sitebay.org) application; and other related websites (including www.sitebay.org), applications, services, software, and personnel (collectively, the “Services”). Inquiries and Other Data: When you contact us through our live chat, email, or ticket system, you must provide your name and email, which will only be used to respond to your question and never for marketing purposes.
Provide, Improve, and Maintain our Hosting and Similar Services: We use the data you provide to set up your account, provide the Services, receive or make payments, and communicate with you about your account and the Services.
