(hereinafter, “Site Bay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides managed hosting services, software, and support through our My Site Bay (my.sitebay.org) application; and other related websites (including www.sitebay.org), applications, services, software, and personnel (collectively, the “Services”).
